All orders include Free International Shipping – no hidden charges.
Orders are shipped directly from our artisan workshops and central dispatch in India.

⏱️ Delivery Time
Standard delivery: 10–15 working days (varies by destination & customs clearance).
Remote locations may take longer.
Customers will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
🛑 Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes based on your country’s regulations.
Such charges (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
📦 Packaging
All products are carefully packed using eco-friendly, sustainable materials.
Fragile items (e.g., clay idols, lamps) are double-packed for extra protection.
🚫 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to:
Incorrect address provided by the customer, or
Failure to pay customs duties,
👉 Bhumikart will refund the product cost (excluding shipping/custom charges) or reship at additional cost.
